Integrated Communication Solutions Service Policy

Integrated Communication Solutions agrees to supply parts and labour as necessary to maintain all components of the customers equipment listed for the period specified in this Purchase Agreement.
Emergency Service: 24 hour coverage including weekends and holidays, Integrated Communication Solutions personnel will be dispatched to the customer site within 2 hours of the request of emergency service.
An emergency shall be deemed to exist when one or more of the following occurs:
- Total system failure;
- Central processor out of service;
- Main answering position unable to process;
- 25% or more stations or lines inoperative.
- 50% or more voice mail ports inoperative
Routine Service (Non Emergency): Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays. Service will be performed between the above mentioned time except when the request for service is made on the date preceding a holiday or weekend, in which case the work will commence on Integrated Communication Solutions next business day.
- The service provided by Integrated Communication Solutions will not include or cover labour or materials necessary to repair damage to equipment caused by negligence, accident, abuse, acts of third parties or any force of nature or for any damage
for which there is insurance coverage under any lease signed by the owner.
- The purchaser agrees not to permit anyone other than authorized Integrated Communication Solutions personnel to make additions, remove from or perform maintenance functions on the system without prior written permission from Integrated
Communication Solutions which consent shall not be reasonably withheld.
- All equipment listed in this Purchase Agreement will be serviced or repaired at no charge to the customer unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. Moves, Adds or Changes (MAC) of all or any part of the equipment will be charged at prevailing
rates when request is made and payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
- Delay in service or maintenance will be excused by acts of god, riots, civil commotion, war, strikes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Integrated Communication Solutions.
- This agreement is not transferable or assignable by purchaser without the written consent of Integrated Communication Solutions, which consent will not be reasonably withheld.
- This service agreement is provided at no charge for the period stipulated in the Purchase Agreement. Upon completion of the stipulated warranty period, you will be offered an extended warranty at prevailing maintenance rates. Rates are based on the types and quantities of equipment installed.
